La Marina Properties is an independent estate agent based in La Marina (Southern Costa Blanca). Independent means we are not tied to any builder or developer. We work for you, the buyer. We always put your interests first and tailor our service to meet your needs.
The company is run with more than 20 years combined experience in the Spanish Property market and construction so you can be assured of our knowledge, service and attention to detail.
The Owner of the company, Margaret has lived in Spain in Asturias, Madrid and the Southern Costa Blanca for 12 years. Already a successful business woman when she moved to Spain, she immediately identified the confusion and misinformation whilst she was buying her own property in Spain and once settled she set about building a property company that offered the security, professionalism and service she would have preferred to have bought through.
Margaret speaks fluent Spanish and over the years she has built tremendous relationships with the most professional builders and developers in the Southern Costa Blanca. At the same time she has found and forged very professional relationships with Spanish (English Speaking) Lawyers, Accountants, Banks and providers of all the services a new home owner in Spain could need.
